We have be working together with Advanced Sports Performance to improve the offering to our members that will enhance their athleticism.
Advanced Sports Performance is a professional grade sports performance company that specialises in youth, team and professional training. We have been developing athletes for over 15 years in helping them take their sports to the next level.
ASP have committed to the club by sponsoring our kit for the next three years and are training athletes at the Club, as part of our partnership, to offer our members an enhanced offering that unlocks your child’s full potential.
It is a special time of year with pre-season preparation and IPT’s around the corner and no better time to start training with a sports science team behind your child. It all starts with a sports science assessment, children from 6 years old to 15 years old can undertake this assessment.
ASP will identify the strengths and weaknesses in comparison to other athletes their age and then we add on video analysis to help identify energy leaks and poor running mechanics that could injure your child down the line.
ASP are a technique based company so speed and running mechanics is just one of the many areas we specialize in fixing, more on that in the post assessment meeting.
Upon completion of the SSA, it will take us a few days to generate you a report and analyse your child’s running mechanics and then we will set up a meeting to discuss the results and the action plan moving forward.

There are two assessment times this Saturday 18th January at the Hockey Astro.
Slot 1: 11am
Slot 2: 12:30 – 1:30 pm
